Where your breath isn’t something you have to control—it’s something that can hold you.  You don’t have to explain everything. You don’t have to have the right words. All you need is a willingness to pause… and to begin.

These sessions are for the moments when talking doesn’t feel like enough.  When your body is asking to be heard. When your nervous system is crying out for safety, softness, and space.

Breathwork and somatic coaching are tools to help you get back in touch with yourself—not the “strong” you the world sees, but the real you underneath it all.

You'll be led through gentle breathwork techniques tailored to your body's needs that day - whether that's calming, activating, or releasing.  These practices help reset your nervous system and clear energetic or emotional buildup.

Together, we'll explore where your body may be holding pain, emotion, or tension.  Through simple but powerful techniques like body mapping, sensation awareness, and movement, you'll begin to understand and shift what's been stuck without needing to "fix" it.

We'll gently bring everything together with grounding, reflection, and practices to help you integrate what came up in session.  You'll leave with clarity and support.
