Hey...I'm Tiff.

I want to start by saying - I'm still on this journey too.

I've been the woman crying behind the clothes in my closet, wondering if I'd ever feel like myself again.  I've walked through divorce, grief, soul burnout, and the aching loneliness of holding it all in.  I've lost friendships that shattered my heart in ways I didn't expect.

And I still have days where it feels HEAVY.

Where I miss my brother so deeply it stops me in my tracks.  Where I question past decisions.  Where I look strong on the outside but feel like I'm barely holding on inside.

You might see me fall sometimes - and I won't hide that from you.  Because being human means breaking open and rising again, breath by breath.

I created The Healing Heart Journey not because I'm finished healing - but because I know how powerful it is when we do it together.

This work is deep, yes.  But it doesn't have to be dark.  We can heal in awe, grace, and even include a few ridiculous dance moves.
