The Healing Heart Retreat is a space to take a deep breath (or ten) and finally let it out.
It’s a pause for your nervous system to rest in a safe, nurturing environment.
You’ll be guided through somatic and breathwork practices, restorative time in nature,and workshops rooted in
the Healing Heart Journey framework  - giving you tools that nourish not just your mind, but your body and soul.

This retreat is where laughter lives alongside tears. Where you're surrounded by people who get it—and get you.
And where joy, curiosity, reflection, and stillness all have room to exist in the same breath.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

Hi, I'm Tiff. 

I created this retreat because I’ve lived the kind of pain that makes you feel like you’re the only one going through it.

I know what it’s like to grieve someone you love, to lose yourself in heartbreak, to carry more than you can hold while still showing up for everyone else. I also know the power of sitting in a circle of women and realizing: I’m not alone.

Hosting this retreat is not about being the expert—it’s about being the guide who walks beside you. I want you to experience what I wish I had years ago.  A safe space where you can rest your nervous system, feel seen in your story, and reconnect with the version of yourself who’s been waiting to come back home.

This is more than an event. It’s a circle of connection, a container for healing, and a community where joy and softness can exist—right alongside the hard stuff.

The Healing Heart Retreat is taking place at the Falcon Crest Lodge in Canmore, Alberta, Canada, surrounded by the breathtaking Rocky Mountains.

You'll be immersed in nature but wrapped in comfort - so your nervous system can finally exhale.

Do I need experience with breathwork, journaling, or healing retreats to come?

Nope. Zero experience required. This retreat was created with YOU in mind — whether you’re new to healing or just ready to deepen your journey. You’ll be guided through everything with compassion, kindness, and a pace that meets you right where you are.

Your retreat ticket includes:

What's NOT included in the ticket price?

Accommodations and transportation are not included.  The retreat is being hosted at the beautiful Falcon Crest Lodge in Canmore, Alberta.  They have generously provided us with a rate of $249 CDN/per night plus taxes for a Single Room suite.  Please contact the lodge directly to book your room.

How do I get to Canmore, Alberta?

Canmore is about a 1-hour drive west of Calgary, Alberta.  If you're flying in, you'll want to land at Calgary International Airport (YYC) and rent a car or arrange a shuttle to Canmore.  It's an incredibly scenic drive into the mountains - part of the magic starts before you even arrive.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Many women come solo to retreats and leave with new friendships, connections, and a deeper sense of community. You won’t feel alone for long — this is a safe space where everyone is welcome just as they are.

What's the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. Because spots are limited and the retreat space is intentionally intimate, we’re unable to offer refunds.

Will this be emotional?

It might be. Healing usually is. But we’ll also be laughing, dancing (yes, probably in our seats), journaling, moving our bodies, breathing deeply, resting well, and supporting one another through it all. You’ll never be pushed beyond your comfort zone — just gently invited into it.

How do I know if this retreat is right for me?

If your heart whispered “maybe…” while reading this page, it’s probably already telling you something. If you're feeling exhausted, disconnected, or like you’ve been holding it all together for too long — this space was made for you. You don’t need to be “ready.” You just need to be willing.
